Step wise process of product management shall be taught with focus on Testiles. Starting with Understanding Market needs; Product Development; Defining Product Specifications; Merchandising & Sourcing; Vendor Empanelment & Production Management; Packaging Development & Sourcing; Costing & Pricing; Product Launch & ending with Building the Brand. Each of the 9 steps shall be taught in detail with practical examples from the industry and using Terry Towels as the example. Wherever needed actual product samples shall be used as aid.
