HUL762 : Social Issues: Analysis and policy
[edit]The courses will focus on the following: Social psychological theory and application, examine the various methods of research, examine some social psychology applications and evaluate them. Issues of Inequality, deprivation and justice, in the context of Intergroup relations, Psychology of legitimacy, Violence, reconciliation and peace will be examined. Environment and energy conservation issues and applied research and the criminal justice system will be critically examined. Social psychology and social policy implications will be discussed.
