HSL822 : Advanced Data Analysis for Behavioral
[edit]The course will comprise of 3 broad themes. In the 1st part of the course, we will introduce some advanced topics/packages in R. In the 2nd part, we will show how to use linear mixed-effect models from the perspective of frequentist statistics. The 3rd section will introduce the basics of Bayesian statistics and show how to fit hierarchical models from a bayesian perspective for data such as comprehension accuracy, reaction times, ratings, etc.
