The IIT Delhi campus spans 320 acres in Hauz Khas, New Delhi. The campus contains academic buildings, research laboratories, residential hostels, administrative offices, and recreational facilities.

- Guest Houses — Amaltas Guest House and Gulmohar Guest House for official visitors
- IIT Delhi Metro Station — Magenta Line station adjacent to the campus gate
- Dogra Hall — Auditorium used for convocations, guest lectures, and major events
- Seminar Hall — Located near the Main Building for talks and workshops
