AeroClub serves as the official aerial systems and aviation organization at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, functioning as a primary hub for students interested in the design, fabrication, and operation of unmanned aerial vehicles and aeromodelling projects. Operating under the motto Design, Build, Fly, the club provides a comprehensive platform for exploring the complexities of aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and autonomous systems. It is integrated into the university's Co-curricular and Academic Interaction Council, where it facilitates a transition from theoretical classroom knowledge to practical engineering applications. The organization caters to a wide range of interests, from traditional fixed-wing aircraft and gliders to advanced multi-rotor drones and high-speed racing quadcopters, positioning itself as a cornerstone of the technical culture at the institute.

The technical infrastructure of AeroClub is organized into specialized verticals that allow members to focus on specific aspects of aerospace engineering. The Computer-Aided Design vertical focuses on 3D modeling and structural optimization, ensuring that aerial frames are both lightweight and aerodynamically efficient.
