Module II : Management of waste in industrial and service sectors. Management of manpower waste and unemployment. Management of energy waste in the national economy. Energy recycling, Waste management and energy conservation. Total energy concept, overall energy wastivity. Module III : Interfaces of waste management: environment control, nature conservation, resource development, Quality and Productivity Management, Business Process Reengineering. Role of legislation and government.
