Ankahi (Dramatics Society)

Ankahi is the Dramatics Society at IIT Delhi, dedicated to fostering creativity and passion for theatre among its members. The society engages in various activities that promote storytelling, performance arts, and emotional expression through drama.

Activities

Regular workshops and sessions are conducted to enhance acting skills, scriptwriting, and stagecraft.
The society organizes competitions such as the Inter-Hostel Street Play and Monoact competitions, encouraging participation from various hostels.
Ankahi performs Nukkad Nataks and street plays, often addressing social issues and themes of unity and expression.
Members are involved in both on-stage performances and behind-the-scenes roles, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of theatrical production.
