The offer letter for these programs clearly states that IIT Delhi has shortage of hostel and student will have to arrange for their own accommodation.

This also means that there is no provision for providing off-campus accommodation.

It is possible to rent an individual/shared accommodation within walking distance of IIT Delhi. You may explore this possibility.

For full time female students of these programs, the offer letter states that the Institute would make every effort to provide on-campus accommodation, on request and subject to availability, to those who are not resident within 12 km of IIT Delhi Campus.
